We're so sad you didn't enjoy your items. We'll gladly take it back following the terms and conditions below;
- Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging in new condition within 30 days for refund not including shipping costs. Some items may have a modified return policy noted on the item listing, packing slip or on our policy board.
- Items that are opened, damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund. When possible, please provide a shipping tracking number to expedite your request.
- How will I receive my refund?
Your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. In the event you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used.
Refunds typically take 1 - 3 days.
*Please note* It can take up to 5 additional business days to inspect and process items items returned to our Return Center before refunds can be processed.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for digital, bath and body products.
Please note a 5% restock fee will be charged once the return is processed.
