What is your return policy?
Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging in new condition within 30 days for refund not including shipping costs. Some items may have a modified return policy noted on the item listing, packing slip or on our policy board. Items that are opened, damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund. When possible, please provide a shipping tracking number to speed up the process of your return.
*Please note* It can take up to 5 additional business days to inspect and process items returned to our Return Center before refunds can be processed.
We do not offer returns for Bath & Body or digital products.
When are you getting more of ___ in stock?
We do our best to restock items that sell out. We are not always able to restock due to limited supplies of these amazing goodies.

When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders placed before 2pm EST within 48 hours, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order and also a confirmation email after your order is shipped.
Why don't you ship internationally?
It is currently not being offered on the website however, if you fall deeply in love with an item and would like it shipped over seas, please email or contact us via social media for shipping costs to your location.
